Roberta’s heart is for Jesus’ Truth and Freedom for people of every background, race, and color. This is evident in all that she touches for the Kingdom of God. She is the Director of Counseling for Living Hope. She brings a diverse background to the counseling session. Educated as an RN and a counselor ( MA from Biblical Theological Seminary), with training and experience in various types of Truth / Prayer ministry; Roberta is prepared to care for the whole person. Lately, Holy Spirit has been bringing to Living Hope, people who have been severely abused by “religious cults.” Jesus is equipping us daily to meet the challenges of this particular area of brokenness. Roberta served several years on the counseling staff at CCEF in Glenside, PA, and has been with Living Hope since 1994. She is married to Greg Dimick who is the pastor at Pequea EC Church in White Horse, PA; just this past August they celebrated 41 years of marriage. Roberta also has a son Mark who is a high school English teacher and church organist in Lebanon PA. Roberta appreciates the Body of Christ as an essential context for spiritual and emotional healing. Her passion is to empower people on their life journeys toward the freedom, wholeness and joy that are birthrights of the children of God. A few of Roberta’s joys outside of the counseling room are, traveling to Brazil and Israel on mission trips, teaching the Word of God, creating dramas, time alone with Jesus, walking, reading, gardening, spending time with her son and husband, and creating counted cross-stitch memories.
